Beach Maintenance Permits

The Beach Maintenance Division is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe beach. For questions or concerns regarding trash or marine debris, please call 956-761-8111.

• Beach and Dune Application - A fee of $180.00 are required for permits that can be done in-house, and a fee of $300 is required if it requires outside approval.
• Property Maintenance - A fee of $50.00 is required.
• Retaining Wall/Walkway Maintenance - A fee of $50.00 is required. 
• Beach Use Permit -  A fee of $25.00 is required.
