City of South Padre Island Bid Notice

The City of South Padre Island is seeking bids from qualified contractors to sand blast, clean and paint the exterior exposed steel canopies and structural members of the Convention Centre.  Specifications may be obtained by clicking here or by contacting the Convention Centre directly at (956) 761-3000 or at 7355 Padre Blvd.  Bids are due no later than Friday, April 18 at 2:00p.m. at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Bids shall be sealed and delivered to Susan Hill, City Secretary, at City Hall, 4601 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, Texas 78597.  Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed to this address.  Bids received after the specified date and time will not be opened or considered.  Please indicate “Convention Centre Sandblasting and Painting” on the outside of the sealed envelope.  Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
